Please contact us to arrange a return. All returns will be handled per the return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns on unused merchandise within 14 business days of the original purchase date. Provided the merchandise is not defective at the fault of MORA Watch Straps, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and confirmed to be unused, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also update you on the status of your refund, which will be applied to your original method of payment. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries due to a customer entering an address incorrectly.
For partially refunded orders that include free straps or discounts, the refund amount will be calculated based on adjusted price. The revised cart amount will be calculated based on the updated order and the refund will be issued appropriately.
We will re-calculate the amount the customer would have initially been responsible for without the promotion/discounted product and the difference would be the refund amount.
To return your product, please contact us. Please do not mail returns to our address without arranging for a return first.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for return items unless we are at fault (i.e. if the wrong item was shipped). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost/missing items marked as “delivered’ by the courier.
